Online User Instructions for SRF and ROF:
Online SRFs and Online ROFs now have direct links to user instructions in multiple languages.

Enhanced Stock on Hand Reporting:
RITA operators can now generate advanced stock reports.
- Stock reports can be generated reflecting the closing balance of any date in the past.
- Stock reports can be generated per cargo owner, or for the entire warehouse.
Enhanced Pallet Management:
RITA operators will have a new way to visualize and interact with pallets in the “Stock Management” screen, including:
- Drag and drop pallets between warehouse locations.
- Drag and drop onto planned Journeys.
- Rapidly building pallets at the warehouse level.
- Auto generating unique pallet labels and pallet ID numbers.
- Configure pallets at the SRF, Consignment and Reception levels.
- Filtering/changing views.
Pallet views being incorporated into the “Consignment” management and “Receives” screen:
- Pallets can be built and configured before being received at a storage location.
- At the point of reception, piece counts and pallet configuration can be confirmed.
Enhanced Dangerous Goods (DG) Alerting:
When storing or transporting dangerous items together, an alert with context and instructions will appear on the top of the “Stock Management” and “Dispatches” Screen.
Updates to the Graphing Dashboard:
- Adding a “status” category to the transport graph.
- Clarifying lost cargo displayed in storage.
Attachments to Cargo Releases:
RITA operators can now add attachments directly to cargo releases, including waybills or release orders where applicable.

Advanced Loss Reporting:
- When a loss is reported while cargo is in transit, a loss report form can be automatically generated instantly while cargo is received.
- Reports on previous losses can be generated at any time through the “Lost or Not Sent Items” screen.
- There is also an advanced loss reporting feature in the “Reporting” section.
Enhanced Pallet Configuration Tool:
- A new experimental feature that will be available in countries where pallets are enabled.
- Requestors will be able to design and build pallets at the point of submitting an online SRF.
- The ability to receive and build pallets in the possession of field operations.
Advanced Help Features:
New help icons (?) throughout the user interface will take operators to new updated sections of the online manual.
Offline/Unused Storage Locations:
- Users can now decide whether or not they want to display empty warehouses.
- Storage locations can now be flagged as active or inactive: inactive facilities will still show up in reports but won’t be visually represented in the RITA interface.
Modifications to the Online SRF:
The options of “temperature controlled” and “dangerous goods” are now expandable check boxes.
Enhancements to Dashboard Graphs:
The “Service Users” tab now has more variables.
Packing List:
The Packing list has been renamed from “Shipment Receipt” to “Packing List” in all languages.

New Graphing Updates:
- A new “Service Users” graph has been added to the dashboard. RITA managers can generate graphs per agency across all types of services.
- Additional KPIs for each section, and improved interface.
Additional Column Customizations:
- A new “medical view” setting for most sections in RITA.

SRF GPS Look Up Feature:
A new faster way for service requestors to look and identify GPS coordinates directly from the online SRF.
Drag and Drop Between Loaded Trucks:
Quickly move cargo between two trucks without having to delete or cancel a journey.

- Improvements to the final report layout.

Customizable Column Headers in the Consignments Screen:
RITA users will be able to customize the consignment screen by selecting which columns to view, and in what order to view them.
Enhanced Drag and Drop Functionality:
Receives: RITA users will be able to drag and drop cargo directly into reception storage, transshipment and customer locations. The old receive function will still work.
- Users can drop planned cargo into “Quick Receive” to start the reception process.
- Users can also receive to new locations by dragging and dropping to other locations (where required).
Dispatches: Users will be able to drag and drop cargo directly from storage locations to planned journeys.
Addition of Storage Complexes:
- RITA users will now be able to assign physical structures to a “storage complex”.
- RITA users will be able to move cargo between one or more warehouses assigned to a storage complex without having to generate a journey.
Spatial Locations Inside of Storage Locations:
RITA operators can now define physical storage locations inside of storage areas and assign and move cargo between locations from the storage management screen.

Automatic system generated waybills:
Transport managers will be able to automatically generate waybills directly through RITA at the point of dispatching cargo.
Web based physical inventory tool:
- Users and warehouse managers will be able to conduct and managed physical inventories directly through RITA.
- Selecting and starting a warehouse for conducting a physical inventory will freeze all transactions in the warehouse and enable warehouse teams to conduct full counts.
- Managers will be asked to confirm directly through a special inventory count screen.
- Any losses or damages will be registered, and loss reports can be generated directly from the screen. The system will keep a record of all past inventories, and users will be able to generate reports for future needs.

Online SRF:
- The ability to add additional requestor comments to online SRFs.

New Graphing Dashboard:
- In order to make visualizing and obtaining data easier, new graphs have been introduced and consolidated in a new graphing dashboard.
- The graphing dashboard will introduce new tools to cargo managers, including the ability to select multiple variables (weight, volume, consignments), select date ranges, select locations and transport routes, and in some instances overlay data.
- New KPIs are coming, starting with KPIs for transportation
- The dashboard is broken down by storage, transport, consignments/partners and overall mapping. New graphs will be tested and added to the dashboard in coming quarters as well.
- All graphs enable RITA users to export both data and static images.

Online Service Request Process:
- Humanitarian partners will now be able to make requests online using an online SRF. Online SRFs will be specifically linked to each operation and will only represent the locations/services provided by each location.
- Online SRFs can be shared via link with any party or shared on each country website specifically.
Enhanced Multi-lingual Support:
- RITA will now support multiple languages, both for the public facing request pages, and internal management pages used by RITA operators.
- Public facing pages are now available in Arabic, Portuguese, Russian and Mandarin.
- RITA operator pages are now available in Portuguese.
Enhanced User Notification System:
When users request services using the online SRF or release order, alert emails will be sent to requestors and RITA operators alerting key personnel and documenting the workflow.
Highlight Approaching Expiry Dates:
RITA now highlights expiration dates approaching short shelf life. The system will automatically highlight items with fewer than 9 months of shelf life will be listed in yellow, and items with fewer than 3 months will be listed in red.
Medical Item Packing List:
A new packing list layout specifically designed for medical items. The Med Packing List condenses all line items to a single table instead of separating per consignment.
Other Updates:
Custom excels based 50 line-item SRF available on demand for special requests.

Enhanced, dynamic graphical reporting for the landing page. Users will be able to generate their own graphs based on commonly used system variables.
Enhanced features for the “Stock Management” tab:
- The warehouse information context menu is now collapsible. Users can expand or collapse depending on their needs.
- The reporting features have been moved to the top right corner of the warehouse menu
- Running stock balance report in the context menu.

Migration of actions from ‘Dispatches’ to the ‘Stock Management’ menu:
From now onwards, all the actions register damages, losses and Releases will be done in the ‘Stock Management’ panel.
‘Shipment Details’ pop-up window changes:
The users now have a button on the ‘Shipment Details for Consignment’ screen, which allows them to reset the quantities to zero.
Receiver Contact’ in Points of Contact section:
The field ‘Receiver Contact’ can be changed even if a consignment is with status “In Progress “.
Journey Destinations in ‘Add Journey’ option:
The journey ‘destination’ field was changed to make a search of a string entered and shows up the filtered list of locations.
Arrangement of Journeys:
he latest created journey will be listed on the top of the list of journeys rather than at bottom, when using the ‘Assign to Journey’ option.
Option to toggle from Table view to Card based view on the Stock Management menu:
The ‘Stocks Management/ Planning/ Storage/ warehouse’ menu provides the option to change from line-item level details (table) to a Card based view, using the button available on the top right corner of the screen.

Online Release Order:
- Requesting agencies will now be able to generate release orders online directly through the website, in the same location they can track the movement of their cargo - https://rita.logcluster.org/public/track.html
- Users will be able to identify which locations they would like to release from (if one consignment is stored over multiple storage sites), define quantities for release, identify persons/agencies coming to pick cargo up, or even request to the customer address.
- Requesting agencies and RITA users will also be able to automatically generate release order forms in PDF format directly from the system while requesting.
- RITA managers will also be able to review and manage new release requests directly through a new “Release Orders” section under “Stock Management”.
- All new features relating to the online release order process will require additional training for both RITA users and requestors of services. The RITA Global Team will be working on establishing this tool with countries on a rolling basis, however, please also feel free to reach out to RITA Global (RITA.Global@wfp.org) if you or your team require additional assistance.

Changes to how small weights and volumes can be captured in the system:
RITA managers and service requestors can now specify numbers as low as:
- 5 degrees past the decimal for weight in kilogram – “0.00001”
- 6 degrees past the decimal for volume in cubic meter – “0.000001”

Web Based Inventory On Hand Views :
- In the “Stock on Hand” section of “Dispatch to Another Customer/Site”, users can expand item level stock on hand information using a new “expand” button.
- Expanded web-based inventory on hand views show item and consignment level information and give users the ability to export stock on hand to PDF and excel for easy reporting.
Multi-project reports:
Multi project reports are now available but will only be visible to users with the proper permissions. Permissions will be provided based on need and role.
Built in Manual and Training Guide:
Sections with a symbol will now link users to an online RITA manual, where detailed instructions per section are available.
Automatic alerts for users:
When accidentally sending cargo to the same destination the cargo is dispatched from, users are notified.
New icons:
New Icons displaying in planned journeys indicating cold chain, fragile, dangerous or regulated goods.
Edit journey:
Users can now edit a destination in a planned journey instead of having to delete a destination and reassign it:
Standardized Fields for Consignment Lines:
- Consignment line items now have standardized fields for “expiry date”, “manufacturing date”, and “batch number” that can be activated on request. Previously, all of these fields were considered open customizable fields, however now with uniform form fields, we can run global reports and track items in standard manner.
- Standardized fields will only show up in RITA reports if the standardized field has been activated for the RITA project in question.

RITA users can now identify what unit of measurement they want displayed in a downloadable report.
Simplified Stock Reporting:
RITA users can now quickly generate a simplified “stock on hand” report to make conducting inventories quicker.
Full Screen Mapping:
Maps in the “Mapping” section can now be maximized to full screen.
Dangerous Goods Context Information in “Maintain Consignments”:
Users can see information pertaining to the DG UNID number directly in the maintain consignments screen, enabling RITA operators to catch errors.

If RITA operators are accepting DG items or planning transport with DG items, RITA will alert persons managing storage/transport of possible harmful or dangerous chemical interactions based on the DG UNID number specified:

Excessive weight to volume ratios:
if the weight to volume ratio is excessive or suspicious, RITA will automatically highlight potential errors in the “maintain consignments” page.
Missing Data Alerts:
RITA will inform users if key data is missing from the SRF/Consignment at the point of upload/creation. In earlier versions, if DG or Cold Chain was set to “yes” but no temperature range or UNID number defined, the system defaulted to “no” without users knowing.
System Icons:
New system icons will display if items are Dangerous, Temperature Controlled, Fragile or Regulated without having to enter into the “Maintain Consignment” screen and will follow items throughout their movements within RITA.
Updates to SRF:
SRF now highlights required/missing data based on user inputs.
Updated User Profile:
There are new user profiles that enable read-only access to the “Maintain Consignments” section, giving users the ability to view but not edit data.

Cancel Pending Deliveries:
A new Cancel Pending option has been added, allowing users to cancel any pending quantities expected from customer deliveries.
Enhanced Consignment Line-Item Details:
- Additional fields can now be added at the consignment line-item level, allowing users to capture more detailed information as required.
- Examples include Project Number, Product Expiry Date, Purchase Order Number.
- Each section can be customized and configured as Text, Date, or Numeric fields, depending on project needs.
Better Handling of Cancelled Dispatches:
- When an In-Progress Dispatch is cancelled, the journey will now appear under Planned Journeys along with its assigned consignments.
- This allows users to adjust consignment or journey details before returning stock.
Consignment Priority Alignment:
Behavior for changing consignment priority has been standardized across both Maintain Consignments and Consignment Control screens.
Dialog Box Functionality:
Dialog boxes will now remain open until Close Dialog is explicitly clicked, preventing accidental closures when interacting with the screen.
Updated In-Progress Dispatch Screen:
The In-Progress Dispatches screen for dispatching to another site or customer has been redesigned for improved usability.

Mapping Enhancements:
